4. STRICTLY no back-outs once order has been verified. We do not tolerate back-out buyers.

5. Reservation is given ONLY with 50% deposit on item(s) and only valid until specific time promised, item(s) will be released once time is up or any back outs and deposit will be forfeited.

6. All items will be delivered only after full payment is made. buyers are to bear all shipping charges (refer to postage rates)
